Celebrating 21 years!

This past weekend, I celebrated being the Principal Consultant for CBS Automotive Solutions for 21 years!
I can’t believe the number opportunities that I have taken during that time, all the people I’ve worked with and all the thousands of miles I have driven!
Sadly, due to the progression of my MS, I don’t get out to the dealerships and manufacturers very often and concentrate on the CBS Profiling aspects of the business. As well as working in the Automotive sector a lot of my work takes into account both Academic and Educational institutions.
Over the coming months my focus will be regarding the DiSC profile work which will incorporate management development and recruitment.
